Open OnDemand
Open OnDemand (OOD) is a web-based platform that provides you with remote access to supercomputers and research-enabled software packages, enabling you to perform high-power calculations, simulations, and modeling from any computer with a web browser.

The following applications are also available through OOD:
Mathematica. Mathematica is a software platform which combines symbolic and numeric computation, visualization, and programming into a single, interactive notebook environment.
Stata. Stata is a statistical package for managing, analyzing, and graphing data.
Code Server. Code Server provides VS Code accessibility through a browser.
Job Composer. Use this tool to create jobs on the Discovery Cluster.
UGENE (BioInformatics). UGENE is an open-source bioinformatics toolkit for molecular biologists to manage, analyze, and visualize biological data.
QGIS (GIS Software). QGIS is an open-source Geographic Information System (GIS) software that allows users to create, edit, visualize, analyze, and publish geospatial data.
FreeSurfer (NeuroImaging). FreeSurfer supports analysis and visualization of structural, functional, and diffusion neuroimaging data from cross-sectional and longitudinal studies.
ParaView (Visualization). ParaView is a data analysis and visualization application.
