1 min read • 154 wordsJupyter Notebook and JupyterLab are available through Dartmouth’s Open OnDemand. To access the web portal, please refer to our Getting Started with Open OnDemand documentation page. Once logged into the portal, there are a range of interactive apps, including Jupyter, which can be launched directly from the portal for hands-on data analysis and visualization.
To get started, connect to Open OnDemand and choose Jupyter from the Interactive Apps menu or the dashboard and then follow the instructions for launching an interactive app.
Once your session has started click launch

After specifying the account information, cores and and time limit, you can submit the job.When it launches you can open the standard Jupyter interface where you can start working with notebooks.
Once Jupyter is launched you can access your Jupyter Lab by clicking view > Open JupyterLab
