Overview

Workspace offers several components for customizing and managing your Dartmouth Chat interactions. The components can be used independently or together to improve your experience.

The available components include:

  • Models. You can create a custom model tailored to a particular task or topic. Building on an existing model available through Dartmouth Chat, you can provide a custom experience by adding a system prompt, prompt suggestions, and/or curated knowledge bases.

  • Knowledge. These are collections of documents that can be used to inform your conversations. After every user message, information from your knowledge base is passed to the model as context in constructing the response.

  • Prompts. You can create and organize reusable, custom prompts to support your work.

You can use these components independently, or combine them to build your own custom ChatBot.

Accessing Workspace
