Creating a "Temporary Chat"

When using Dartmouth Chat, there may be times that you don’t want to save your chat prompts or message histories. Your reasons could include enhancing personal privacy, protecting sensitive information, and/or managing conversations that don’t need to be kept long-term.

To create a “Temporary Chat”, turn ‘on’ the Temporary Chat at the bottom of the model selection drop-down. Your chat history will not be saved.
