How can I use folders to organize and inform new chats?
Overview
You can use chat folders to organize and inform new chats by setting pre-defined system prompts and/or adding existing knowledge bases.
Using Folders to Organize and Inform your Chats
To create a new folder, mouse-over the “Chats” link in the left sidebar and click on the “+” sign. While creating the folder, you can name the folder for future reference, but also add a system prompt and/or link to an existing knowledge base. You can use this form to set specific rules and establish document resources for subsequent chats.
Once the folder has been created, you can click on a folder in your sidebar to initiate a new search. This will establish a new chat using the system prompt and/or knowledge base you defined earlier, and place the subsequent conversation in this folder for future reference.
